their domicile in Spain and are only staying for a restricted time at
their Spanish holiday or season house or apartment.
Bear in mind that your premises is under risk of storm-damage, water-damage burglary and potential damage the whole year round. It is also very important to ensure that your alarm system is functioning.
Property care pays a visit to your premises every month and reports to you afterwards via a digital information system, including photographs and lay outs , on the status of the house. This check will be done by construction- engineers, who can also give you advice on what to do and how to act if measures need to be taken.
Property care can also supply you with extra services as such as: construction maintenance, installation maintenance, painting, garden maintenance, cleaning, etc, etc ....
